If you are subject to the current COVID-19 travel restrictions and wish to travel to or out of Australia because of you:
1. If you are an immediate family member of an Australian citizen or permanent resident (being spouses, de facto partners, dependent children, and legal guardians)
2. If you are a New Zealand citizen who is usually resident in Australia.
3.You Must have a compelling or sympathetic reason to travel to Australia urgently, including critical skills and medical emergencies
4. If you Believe that you meet a departure travel restriction exemption.
All requests should be Lodged at least 4 weeks, but not more than 3 months, prior to travel. Requests to travel outside of 3 months will not be counted, and those within 4 weeks may not be processed in time for planned travel dates.
